Job description
Delivery Assurance Analyst (Thai) – 6 Months Contract
  • Primary contact point for hauliers to advise truck drivers of necessary amendments to plan.
  • Handle customer enquiries to change/amend orders, evaluate the real need and feasibility for scheduling changes and liaise with scheduling team when appropriate.
  • Ensure all shipment schedule must be executed and reshipment as per situation.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
  • Manage deviation from plan, i.e. process in GSAP any post schedule amendments to the shift: Left on board, plant/depot change, load quantity changes, compartment changes, trip sequence change, vehicle change, orders scheduled not delivered.
  • Receive urgent order requests and create urgent orders within framework of delivery promise.
  • Provide feedback of changes to planned shipments to schedulers and scheduling admin team, particularly to VMI customers.
  • Initiate surcharges for Left on Board and urgent orders to the customers.
  • Ensure documentation and filing is accurate, up to date and accessible.
Inventory Management
  • Ensure data quality, i.e. full and correct submission of VMI data from source into CROSS by using the correct tools.
  • Collect VMI tank physical information (Tank Capacity, Product, Maintenance Status) to ensure VMI orders are generated properly, minimise Left on Boards and stock outs.
  • Collect performance data and feedback to VMI Analyst for improvements.
  • Handle customer enquiries to change/amend VMI orders, evaluate the real need and feasibility for scheduling changes and liaise with scheduling team where appropriate.
  • Provide feedback of changes to planned shipments to scheduling team, particularly to VMI customers.
  • Ensure documentation and filing is accurate, up to date and accessible.
