Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks a Senior SPS Tie-In Connection and Structures Engineer for the Kuala Lumpur area, stationed at the contractor engineering centre. The role covers deepwater tie-in and subsea structures engineering for a major offshore project, liaising with SURF, FPSO and drilling packages, and supporting procurement, fabrication and commissioning activities.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in engineering and 15+ years in large offshore subsea projects, with proven capability in

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering
• 15+ years in large offshore subsea environments/projects
• Recent experience with major SPS or SURF contractor
• Strong experience in subsea tie-in connection systems and interface engineering
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Lead tie-in and structures engineering activities.
• Review contractor deliverables and installation analyses.
• Validate installation methodologies and offshore sequences.
• Coordinate interfaces between SPS, SURF, and FPSO.
• Manage QA/QC and H3SE compliance for connections and subsea structures.
