PwC South Africa is recruiting graduates into Advisory Deals to gain exposure across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets. As a graduate, you will be deployed across Deals sub-functions based on business needs, projects, and your developing strengths and interests.
You will research financial risks, build models, forecast analyses, and contribute to client deliverables while receiving mentorship and structured training to grow your deal advisory career.

As part of the team, you'll research financial risks, provide forecast analysis, and develop financial models that assist our team in providing fair and accurate valuation advice and ultimately help our clients enhance their deal value.

As a graduate, you will be part of a broader talent pool, with the flexibility to be deployed across a range of Deals sub-functions based on business needs, project demands, and your developing strengths and interests.
