Job summary

Altera is seeking a highly motivated Product Owner/Business Analyst to lead the EDW implementation and reporting solutions in Penang, Malaysia. You will work with stakeholders, data engineers, and reporting teams to capture requirements, analyze data, and ensure seamless data integration into the EDW for actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in business analysis within data warehousing, BI, or reporting.
• Strong understanding of EDW concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and teams.
• Knowledge of cloud-based EDW platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for EDW and reporting solutions.
• Analyze reporting processes and data sources to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and document functional and technical specifications.
• Work with data engineering and ETL teams to design, develop, and deploy data models for the EDW.
• Define data quality standards and ensure data integrity in the EDW.
• Lead testing and UAT for the reporting implementation and ensure report accuracy.
