Seeking a Data Security Manager to join a global Cyber Security and defense team. This role involves developing and enforcing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and procedures, monitoring data activity, and performing risk assessments. The successful candidate will collaborate with IT, Legal, HR, and other stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive security strategy. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or DLP-focused roles, with strong technical proficiency in cybersecurity principles and practices. The candidate must hold a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification and possess proficiency in Business English at a minimum B2 level.

What you will Do?
  • Develop and enforce comprehensive Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and procedures
  • Continuously monitor data activity to detect and prevent unauthorized data transfers or leaks
  • Perform regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and address security weaknesses
  • Investigate security incidents, determine root causes, and implement measures to prevent recurrence
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, HR, and other stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive security strategy
Your Skills
  • Strong technical proficiency in cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of data classification, encryption methods, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with key information security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
  • Hands‑on experience with DLP solutions such as Microsoft Purview, Proofpoint, and Zscaler.
