Averis is hiring a Data Scientist (Advanced Insights) to transform operational data into actionable insights and deliver GenAI-enabled solutions on governed enterprise data. You will own end-to-end delivery from problem framing to dashboard deployment and iterative improvements.

The role emphasizes shipping reliable solutions adopted by business users, mentoring junior analysts, and developing KPI definitions and dashboards with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, data science, data engineering, or adjacent roles with end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Strong quantitative reasoning and ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analyses and decisions.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or similar).
• Practical experience delivering RAG, LLM-based structured extraction, or API integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to deliver iteratively in time-boxed environments.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities where analytics and GenAI improve decision-making and process performance.
• Translate business needs into analytical questions, KPI definitions, reporting requirements, and GenAI user stories.
• Design and maintain analytics data models and dashboards; ensure data quality and traceability of key measures.
• Design and implement GenAI workflows (RAG pipelines, embeddings, retrieval, prompting) and API integrations.
