A legal services firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Data Entry & Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be meticulous and focused, responsible for managing file records and providing essential administrative support in a busy legal environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and good command of English are required. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. This position is for a Data Entry & Administrative Assistant in an intellectual property legal services and consultancy firm. Candidate must be good with details, meticulous, focused, disciplined, able to handle lots of detailed data entry into operating systems, and willing to be part of a growing team. Candidate will handle creation of file records, maintaining deadlines, docketing, invoicing, filing/indexing documents on software management systems, and other general administrative support duties.
Good command of spoken and written English is a must. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. Ability to work in a quiet, serious, and busy legal consultancy environment with other team members is a must.
