We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain information in our company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will be efficient, reliable, and capable of managing large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and update data in company databases (SQL), spreadsheets, and systems.
  • Verify accuracy of information before entering it into the system.
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Retrieve information from databases or electronic files as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
  • Produce reports, retrieve data, and perform regular backups.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative work.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software, (SQL not must).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
