Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in digital marketing, marketing, or related field.
• Preferably with work experience in digital marketing.
• Familiar with digital marketing landscape and social media channels.
• Hands-on experience on Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads and Social Media Ads preferred.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to communicate with a diverse client base.
• Able to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage online platforms and process customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
• Plan, run and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Implement and optimise SEO best practices on websites and conduct keyword research.
• Create localised content aligned with brand strategy and market trends.
• Build online communities on social media and respond to feedback and inquiries.
• Generate monthly analytics reports and provide actionable insights.
• Liaise with digital marketing team and other departments to align online and offline efforts.
• Assist in fairs and expos as required.
