Job summary

LF Lansen Sdn Bhd is seeking a Projects Engineer/Site Engineer to lead on-site execution of data centre projects across Johor, Cyberjaya, or Klang Valley. You will supervise daily construction activities, coordinate MEP works, review IFC/shop drawings, raise RFIs, and ensure adherence to drawings, specs and safety standards.

You will track progress, prepare progress reports, and support testing, commissioning, and handover activities with the team and clients.

Qualifications

• Site supervision of daily construction/installation works.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works.
• Review IFC/shop drawings and check dimensions and locations.
• Prepare Request for Information (RFI) when there are discrepancies.
• Ensure works meet project specifications and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute project plans and oversee detailed engineering, drawings, reports, and related documentation.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Track work progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Prepare daily site reports and handover documents.
• Attend site meetings with consultants, main contractor and subcontractors.
