Job summary

DCD Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a maintenance professional to perform commissioning, PM, and CM for data centre critical facilities. You will troubleshoot UPS, PDUs, CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, and cooling infrastructure to maximise uptime in mission-critical environments.

Applicants should hold a certificate in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, be willing to travel to client sites, and be able to work under pressure. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Electrical/Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when necessary.

• Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent service requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning, preventive maintenance (PM), and corrective maintenance (CM) for data centre critical facilities systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot UPS systems, power distribution, CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, and cooling infrastructure.
• Diagnose equipment faults and ensure maximum uptime for mission-critical environments.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance procedures, and documentation.
• Support customers with technical guidance and operational training.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional technical support.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational best practices.
• Be available to work 24/7, standby mode.
