Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in a data center or critical environment.
• 4+ years of management experience in a mission-critical environment.
• Able to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage a team of engineers.
• Ensure performance of the team and delivery of Service Level Agreement.
• Maintain M&E Services infrastructure and coordinate with vendors.

Skills

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Malay

Operational experience with critical facility equipment/systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Good organizational skills

Excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Education

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering studies
