Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a CDS Engineer to support Data Center Capacity Delivery across the APAC region. You will deploy and service building automation systems and collaborate with multiple teams to maintain high reliability of AWS data centers.

The role requires 3+ years of vendor management, 4+ years of data center experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Some travel to data centers may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of vendor management experience.
• 4+ years of data center or other critical environment experience.
• 5+ years of data center engineering or operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Deploy data center controls on time, managing vendors to ensure smooth PFHO.
• Deliver critical projects to upgrade data center automation.
• Provide service and support to partner teams; diagnose and resolve LOV, LOR, LSE, CSE, and other operations impacting events.
• Resolve tasks within predefined SLAs.
• Drive initiatives to improve data center efficiency and operations procedures.
