A reputable data centre provider is looking for a Project Director to oversee the construction of their first project in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management and over 10 years of experience, particularly in mission-critical projects in Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include leading project development, ensuring compliance with best practices, and managing contractors and costs. Strong communication skills and experience with project management tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in mission-critical projects with at least 5 years in Southeast Asia.
• Working experience leading and collaborating on 3D Design Tools and BIM processes.
• Deep working experience in Project Management Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead both new and existing development projects.
• Ensure compliance with standard delivery best practices and project governance.
• Manage appointed General Contractors and maintain cost control processes.
• Identify and report on project risks with mitigation plans.
