Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced data center engineer to deploy cabling systems and implement infrastructure for Oracle data centers. You will collaborate with program management teams to deliver build-outs on time and ensure adherence to standards.

You will work on project planning, reporting, and documentation, building relationships with stakeholders and vendors to support continuous improvement and efficient delivery across global data centers.

Qualifications

• Data Center Design & Implementation-Cabling Infrastructure: contributes to designs for structured cabling solutions for new data center builds and expansions.
• Data Center Design & Implementation-Implementation & Continuous Improvement: implements infrastructure for Oracle data centers and delivers repeatable solutions.
• Project Management-Project Planning: reviews BOM and roadmap to align with scope and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Data Center Design & Implementation-Cabling Infrastructure: Deploys physical plant cabling systems as instructed and adheres to global standards.
• Data Center Design & Implementation-Implementation & Continuous Improvement: Implements infrastructure for Oracle data centers; delivers sustainable and repeatable solutions.
• Project Management-Project Planning: Understands scope by reviewing BOM and resources; prioritizes customer experience in planning.
• Project Management-Reporting & Documentation: Builds relationships with Program Management to deliver on time; reports updates and maintains documentation.
• Vendor Management: Collaborates with vendors to deliver data center build-out and maintains stakeholder relationships.
• Core Responsibilities-Planning & Execution: Manages work independently, monitors timelines and adjusts to maintain efficiency.
