Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and risks using tools like Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Deliver actionable insights and visualizations to support strategic and risk-related decisions.
Risk Management & Modeling
- Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate business exposures and enhance decision-making.
- Monitor key risk indicators and help implement fraud detection and prevention strategies.
Data Collection & Process Optimization
- Collect and organize data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and completeness.
- Improve workflows through process automation and optimization initiatives.
Project Management & Implementation
- Lead and support data-driven projects from requirement gathering to execution.
- Coordinate implementation of risk mitigation measures across departments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Operations, IT, and Finance to align data strategies with risk controls and business goals.
- Stay current with analytics and risk management tools, including machine learning applications for predictive modeling and fraud detection.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Data Science, Risk Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, risk management, fraud detection, or a related field (internships considered).
- Proficiency in Excel (including VBA and Power Query), SQL, and Python.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and spot anomalies or risk exposures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Required language(s): English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
