Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and support tasks within their assigned area of responsibility.
  • Ensure that day-to-day activities are carried out as per standard procedures.
  • Track and manage staffing levels or specific operational tasks.
  • Monitor compliance and ensure operational consistency.
  • Assist in organizing activities, such as training, audits, or special projects.
  • Communicate with the relevant teams to ensure smooth implementation of tasks.
  • Collect, document, and report data or results related to performance or operations.
  • Identify issues within the workflow and propose solutions to management.
  • Provide operational support and assist team members in resolving challenges.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in any discipline
  • Prior experience or knowledge in retail operations is an added advantage
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia & proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing a high volume of data efficiently
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • 1–2 years of working experience in retail or a related field
