About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can own the end-to-end data and BI lifecycle from data extraction and transformation to data warehouse management and BI platform administration.

In this role, you will be the guardian of data integrity and the owner of our BI system, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, trusted, and actionable insights to support decision‑making across the business.

What You’ll Do

Data & ETL

• Understand data flows from core business systems (CRM, ERP, operational platforms)
• Extract data using SQL, APIs, and connectors
• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines
• Transform raw data into clean, structured datasets for reporting
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise data pipelines and refresh schedules
• Identify and resolve data quality, consistency, and accuracy issues

Data Warehouse Management

• Maintain and support the reporting data warehouse
• Design and manage schemas to support analytics and BI reporting
• Ensure consistency between source systems, data warehouse, and BI outputs
• Document and optimise data models for performance and usability

BI Platform Ownership

• Act as administrator and owner of the BI platform (e.g. DOMO or similar)
• Manage users, access control, roles, and permissions
• Configure datasets, data connections, and refresh schedules
• Monitor BI usage, performance, and data freshness
• Maintain BI documentation and best practices

Reporting, KPIs & Insights

• Partner with stakeholders to define clear and consistent KPIs
• Ensure a single version of truth through metric governance
• Design and deliver intuitive dashboards and reports
• Perform trend, variance, and root‑cause analysis
• Provide actionable insights to support management and operational reviews
• Handle ad‑hoc analysis requests as needed

Governance & Collaboration

• Enforce BI and data governance standards
• Ensure security and appropriate access to sensitive data
• Support BI user onboarding and training
• Collaborate with technical and business teams during system changes and UAT
• Continuously improve data models, ETL logic, and BI practices

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
• Hands‑on experience with BI tools (dashboards, datasets, permissions)
• Solid experience with ETL and data transformation
• Experience working with data warehouses or centralised reporting databases
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and validation
• Understanding of relational data concepts (tables, joins, keys)
• Familiarity with data warehouse modelling (facts, dimensions, star schema)
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell) for automation
• Exposure to CRM / ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Monday CRM or similar)
• Comfortable working with business stakeholders and translating needs into data solutions
