About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team on a 1-year renewable contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data, developing BI solutions, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and enhance Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and dashboards.
• Perform data mining, reporting, and analytics using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and other BI platforms.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide data-driven insights.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into actionable data analysis frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and implement technology-based solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance trends and recommending enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role (no fresh graduates).
• Proficient in SQL is a must.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
