Job Overview
Responsible for overall store operations and oversees a variety of staff functions. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all department and store condition are ready for business at all time
- Assist with execute all company rules & regulations and strengthen SOP practices
- Maintain and update all kind of licenses in store such as business, rice, liquor and etc
- Ensure store compliance with government health department rules and regulations such as typhoid injection record, food handling certificate, first aid certificate and etc.
- Ensure store compliance with government authorities rules and regulations such as OSHA, Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) guidelines, local council rules and etc
- Responsible for handle daily administration tasks such as staff attendance, MC claim, leave application, working schedule and etc. and keep posted to Store Manager
- Prepare and check reports (hostel listing, housekeeping & security monthly attendance & etc.) as when needed and submit to Store Manager for verification
- Coordinate and communicate with HQ backend support department (IT, HR, Non-Trade, A&P, Maintenance, Customer Service) to ensure daily, weekly & monthly routine duties complete as per schedule
- Prepare half yearly stock take with ensure outlet planogram is updated and ensure outlet stock take accomplish as planning
- To manage customer inquiries, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives in a polite manner
- Ensure all sales, marketing and promotional activities and feedback relevant issues to Store Manager
- Multitasking in assist to resolve and support all departments as when needed
- Perform any other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years working experience as operation/supervisor in retail industry
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
