We are seeking an experienced D365 SCM/Finance Lead to drive our supply chain and financial management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with expertise in implementing and optimizing SCM and finance modules to enhance operational efficiency.

📍 Location: Penang, Malaysia
⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office
💼 Role: D365 SCM/Finance Lead

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation projects for D365 SCM and Finance modules, ensuring successful delivery from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Provide hands‑on configuration, development oversight, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment for D365 F&O.
  • Act as SME for SCM modules including:
    • Inventory Management
    • Procurement & Sourcing
    • Sales & Marketing
    • Production Control
    • Warehouse Management
    • Master Planning
  • Manage Enhancements & Change Requests, including:
    • Proof of Concepts (POCs)
    • Demos
    • Mini‑projects
  • Contribute to presales activities such as:
    • Responding to RFPs, RFS, and RFIs
    • Preparing solution proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Finance modules.
  • Maintain basic awareness of peripheral technologies within the Dynamics ecosystem:
    • Power Apps
    • Logic Apps
    • Dataverse
  • Provide guidance on best practices, compliance, and performance optimization.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer within the team.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 12+ years of hands‑on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (development, configuration, solution evaluation, validation, deployment).
  • Proven track record in SCM module implementations and Finance integration.
  • Strong understanding of implementation vs support projects, with clear articulation of involvement and percentage split.
  • Experience in enhancements, change requests, POCs, demos, and mini‑projects.
  • Exposure to presales activities (RFP, RFS, RFI).
  • Basic knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Logic Apps) and Dataverse.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
