Job description

A well-established multinational bank is looking for a senior IT Security professional to drive its cybersecurity strategy and protect critical banking systems and data. This role offers the opportunity to lead security operations, manage cyber risks, and strengthen the organization’s security posture in a dynamic, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute IT security strategies, policies, and controls to protect the Bank’s systems, infrastructure, and data while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee security operations, including monitoring, incident response, threat management, and continuous improvement of security controls and processes.
• Lead and manage the IT security team, providing guidance, training, and oversight for daily operations and project delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and management reporting using KPIs and metrics to strengthen the Bank’s overall security posture.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field with minimum 10 years’ experience in IT security within complex environments.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in cybersecurity tools and technologies (e.g. firewalls, IPS/IDS, SIEM, endpoint protection, WAF, vulnerability assessment).
• Proven leadership experience with strong analytical, 객체 문제 해결, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Relevant professional certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, CREST, OSCP, or equivalent are an added advantage.
