Qualifications

• Experience in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) as a senior member.
• Hands-on familiarity with SOAR or workflow automation platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily execution of workflow automation and SOAR playbooks.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of case data.
• Deliver onboarding and refresher training sessions.
• Create regular reporting and dashboards illustrating ROI.

Experience in SOC
