Overview
As an Engagement Coordinator, you will play a major liaison role with our customers and work closely with our business development and technical teams, with a main mission of planning and scheduling security assessment engagements. You will be working in a dynamic environment, handling multiple customers, engagements, and tasks at the same time. Your performance will be a key factor to meet client satisfaction, while ensuring our high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Engagements: Manage the full lifecycle of penetration testing engagements — from planning and scheduling to execution, reporting, and follow-up.
- Resource Planning: Coordinate resource assignments based on customer requirements and internal capacity.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients; develop and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
- Project Negotiation & Scheduling: Negotiate project timelines and conditions with customers to achieve an optimal balance between client needs and internal resource availability.
- Documentation & Governance: Collect all necessary documentation and approvals before, during, and after project execution; ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor engagement status, deadlines, and deliverables; coordinate with the billing team to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Customer Satisfaction: Conduct post-engagement follow-ups to confirm client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Meeting Management: Record and distribute minutes for key meetings with clients and internal teams.
Ideal Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination, service delivery, or customer engagement.
- Technical Background: Understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity services, or managed IT operations.
- Service Delivery Expertise: Previous experience in managed support services, Network Operations, ITIL, or service management environments.
- Project Management: Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Language Skills: Fluent technical English (speech and writing); ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in English. Fluency in Cantonese is highly desirable.
