Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in die attached machines and wire-bonders will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work on 12-hours shift, independently.
• Experienced working in high mix and high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall equipment uptime in Front of Line machines & fixtures.
• Willing to work overtime when there's short of manpower.
• Track and replenish spare parts, maintaining records per ISO requirements.
