Customer/Technical Training Analyst (Fresh Graduate - 2026 Intake)

Dell Technologies harnesses the power of technology to drive human progress. The Customer Technical Training team designs and delivers training courses – from lectures to lab exercises – for internal and external customers, shaping curriculum content to suit diverse needs.

Location: Penang (SWTC).

Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination and execution of external training-related events, webinars, and workshops for partners and customers.
  • Ensure effective delivery of training and solutions to support the highest competence given the level of knowledge and skills required.
  • Work on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions.
  • Partner with the business and subject matter experts to assess and customize training based on current and future needs.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Productivity and excellent communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/problems using multiple sources of information.
  • Extend capabilities by working closely with senior staff/experts within and outside the internal organization.
  • Regularly interact with colleagues generally up to senior level management.
