Reporting to: Customer Support Supervisor

Working hours: Shift

Responsibilities
  • Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by email and live chat
  • Educating clients on how to use the Companys website and trading platforms
  • Communicating with clients regarding the companys products and services via telephone, email and live chat
  • Assisting other departments
Candidate profile
  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge and experience in FX and financial markets is preferred
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential as this is to support the China region.
