You will be explaining educational events, courses and congresses to dental practitioners internationally. You will also take part in the live events monthly.

Main mission
- Online customer service and sales for our educational courses, workshops, congresses, and events. Connect with potential clients, promote their benefits, follow leads, and close deals.
- Build strong relationships with clients, speakers, and partners so they feel excited to be part of our community.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Logistics and external partners to ensure what you sell can be delivered flawlessly.
- Be one of the hosts of part of the events, welcoming people, presenting speakers and connecting to participants.
- Be the voice of our clients: gather feedback, understand their needs, and support group management in shaping future course offerings & event formats.
- Identify, follow up, and nurture leads through the sales funnel: prospect outreach, qualification calls, and closing deals for courses, events, and congresses.
- Set-up and use a CRM system to track contacts, leads, deals, sales metrics, and ensure all client info is up-to-date.
- Prepare sales proposals, price packages, and promotional materials in collaboration with Marketing.
- Present and pitch our educational offerings to potential clients via phone, email, virtual meetings, or in face-to-face settings.
- Coordinate with the logistics/events team so what you promise can be delivered: program, schedule.
- Follow up after events: collect feedback, manage invoice processes, analyze what went well & what can improve.
- Support virtual and hybrid events: help set up webinars, live-streaming, ensure technical readiness pre-event.

Experience
- 3-5 years or more in customer support and/or sales.
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets creating reports, tracking metrics, managing data.
- Experience using a CRM tool to manage leads, follow-ups, and pipelines is a plus.
- Proven ability to close sales or meet targets is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
- Equivalent of 5+ years’ experience in an English-speaking environment.
- Polytechnic (or technical college) diploma also accepted if paired with strong relevant experience.
Skills
- Fluent English (written & spoken), and able to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Respecting deadlines and protocols.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead funnel management, tracking leads, follow-ups, and pipelines.
- Excellent persuasion and listening skills.
- Understanding clients needs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with a positive attitude under pressure.
- Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- Other foreign languages are a plus.
- Experience in healthcare, medical, wellness environment can be a plus.
