Your Impact
  • Handle meter readings and ensure accurate billing for Rental and TGS accounts
  • Verify readings via calls, emails, SMS, and other channels
  • Process invoices and credit notes, and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare usage reports and support data accuracy
  • Respond to billing enquiries from customers and internal teams
  • Assist with daily operations and small project tasks
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues efficiently
Who You’ll Thrive As

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, professional certification, or equivalent in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, or Banking
  • Preferably has at least 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service or a related executive role
  • Possesses strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin (spoken and written) to engage effectively with clients who are comfortable or only able to communicate in Mandarin
