Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support small to medium customer accounts through onboarding and ongoing use of ScriptRunner products.
  • Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Advise customers on best practices and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for queries regarding products and contracts.
  • Engage with the ScriptRunner Loop community and moderate discussions.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve experience and inform product roadmaps.
  • Feed customer insights back to product teams.
  • Stay updated on ScriptRunner products and industry trends.
