Ready to transform how Australia’s top graduate employers engage with university talent? We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join SEEKGrad, where you'll drive behavioral change, product adoption, and sustainable growth within our customer segments. You'll work closely with Sales teams, Account Executives, and broader SEEK functions to bring creative approaches that engage and influence customers while driving adoption of innovative products.

You will partner with sales portfolios to ensure customers receive maximum value from new and existing products, while planning and facilitating comprehensive client training programs. Through one-on-one consulting and group training sessions, you'll help customers effectively integrate products into their daily workflows to maximize success. Your role involves working with senior decision makers to influence top-down adoption while utilizing data insights to drive continuous improvement and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales teams to drive adoption of new and existing products ensuring customers receive maximum value
  • Plan and facilitate client training programs through webinars, face-to-face sessions and one-on-one consulting to maximize product integration
  • Work closely with customers to identify strategic sourcing needs and provide feedback to product development teams
  • Engage with key decision makers to manage issues, challenges and concerns while driving product integration success
  • Utilize SEEKGrad and client data sources to derive insights into customer engagement and product usage patterns
  • Work with client leadership teams to influence adoption and drive usage from senior levels down
  • Continuously provide Voice of Customer feedback to wider SEEKGrad and SEEK business for improved customer relations
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating group training sessions and one-to-one consulting to achieve strategic business outcomes
  • Excellent depth of knowledge in talent acquisition, sourcing challenges and employment industry conditions
  • Proven track record building strong client and internal stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience influencing and driving behavioral change successfully
  • Ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights and apply findings for continuous improvement purposes
  • Creative problem‑solving skills with experience working to KPIs/targets and developing achievement plans
