Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bayan Lepas for a Customer Services professional. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling phone calls, responding to requests, addressing concerns, and building strong customer relationships.

• Proficiency in Customer Experience and Phone Etiquette
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal team members.
