We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our transportation team as a Customer Service Representative. The role involves managing customer inquiries, coordinating service requests, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the professional primary contact, using empathy, active listening, and critical thinking to provide accurate, first-contact resolutions while building customer rapport.
  • Expertly handle customer needs while proactively identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services that provide genuine customer benefit.
  • Consistently meet or exceed all contractual KPIs (speed, quality, and resolution) by maintaining a strong, foundational knowledge of client products and services.
  • Efficiently track and document complex issues, knowing precisely when and how to evolve inquiries to senior staff or specialized resources for timely support.
  • Actively participate in initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction, translating feedback and performance data into enhancements for the business.
Requirements
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts (Shift allowance provided).
  • Able to work during PH (Replacement Leave will be given during gazette PH).
  • At least Diploma or above; or equivalent education qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Fluent in both Simplified & Traditional Mandarin; & English due to business needs.
  • Able to onboard by 5th January 2026.
  • Working location: Nu Tower 2, KL Sentral.
