Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving KPIs.
• Experience working with international teams across locations.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience in coaching, managing, developing and motivating individuals and teams.

Responsibilities

• Review, assess and predict inventory levels and coordinate daily allocations.
• Ensure team productivity, quality and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Promote high performance and proactive performance management within the team.
• Engage in coaching, training, and performance development with the CS Management Team.
• Lead change initiatives and identify efficiency improvements in processes.
• Own escalations and provide updates to the Senior Supervisor.
