Work with an Australia-based provider offering full-service and online broking, corporate finance, and financial advisory services to private, institutional, and corporate clients.

We are looking for candidates who love working with clients, value continuous learning, and are great with both spoken and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Resolve client requests and inquiries via calls, emails, and live chats in relation to account opening, security quotes, orders, client portfolios, share transfers, corporation actions, product offerings and services of the Online Trading platform, and other queries relating to share trading.
  • Maintain client accounts and liaise with other internal departments to effectively resolve client queries.

Requirements:
  • At least 1.5 years of working experience
  • Finance Education background - a recognized Degree in Business/ Accounting/ Finance/ Management or relevant professional qualifications
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Must be willing to work Australian and US Shift
  • Ability to multitask such as using multiple mediums of communication to interact with customers.
