- Assist in unpacking orders from optical stores.
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
- Process customer orders placed by various means.
- Sort and file returned delivery orders.
Overview
Customer Service Support
- Provide efficient and effective day-to-day operations to meet service quality and timely delivery of products to customers
- Unpacking orders received from optical stores
- Assist Customer Service Team Lead in assigned and agreed process.
- Identify areas of improvement and work with team members for proposing, planning and execution.
- Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective or existing customers
- Process customer orders that are placed by phone, email, fax or collections
- Assisting customer effectively by solving disputes
- Provide customers with additional information or explain services
- Check jobs inquired and update customers on their status
- Work closely with the sales team in meeting customers’ requirements
- Input data for delivery orders (eg. Replacement/Complimentary/Bonus goods)
- Sort and file returned delivery orders
- Complete other necessary paperwork and data entry as required
- Any other duties as and when assigned
