A leading service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Live Chat support. The role requires providing excellent customer experiences and developing strategic solutions to meet customer needs. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong English skills equivalent to C1, and must be able to work shifts, including weekends. This position offers a dynamic work environment in the customer service industry.
📌 Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant non voice communication channels.
📌 Identify customer's needs, researching any existing issue in order to provide strategic solutions that will best address customer's needs while ensuring account verification guidance/steps.
📌 Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with Service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance to our service standards.
📌 Provide constructive modification and changing the account profile as per details request.
📌 Review, verify client's data and input into KYC system.
📋 Required to demonstrate strong English proficiency or equivalent to C1 level.
📋 Minimum 1 year experience in related field (Live chat)
📋 Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner.
📋 Able and willing to work on a rotational shift pattern, which will include weekend
