Job description

Customer Service - Senior Executive/ Executive – Import & Export

Handle end-to-end customer service for Import & Export shipments (Sea, Air & Land).

Prepare and issue quotations for freight charges, customs clearance, haulage, and related logistics services.

Coordinate shipment arrangements with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and warehouses.

Liaise closely with China customers and suppliers, including shipment status updates, documentation requirements, and issue resolution.

Manage and follow up on shipping documents such as BL/AWB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, and customs-related documents.

Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers until cargo delivery is completed.

Attend to customer inquiries, resolve operational issues, and handle complaints professionally.

Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, CS, Finance, Warehouse) to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Ensure all jobs comply with company SOPs, customs regulations, and trade compliance requirements.

Maintain accurate records, job files, and system updates for all shipments.
