Job summary

A customer service company in Petaling Jaya is looking for a customer service representative to assist callers with their inquiries and provide support using Mandarin or Cantonese. Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience and possess excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a Call Centre.
  • Fluent in Cantonese / Mandarin & English (Read, Speak & Write).
  • Computer literate and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
