A leading recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support in the financial industry. The role involves addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience and possess strong communication skills. Understanding of financial markets is a plus. The position includes a remote work option.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and Live Chat.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Requirements:
Possesses SPM or higher in any field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service role / client fronting role.
Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced financial environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to work during local Public Holiday.
