A multinational health services company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 3-month contract. The role involves managing communication with insured members regarding SPARK cases, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring high service performance. Preferred candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and demonstrate strong soft skills such as decisiveness and team collaboration. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Manage day-to-day communication with insured members regarding SPARK cases, via telephone and email.
Coordinate and ensure follow-ups for all assigned SPARK contracts and requests.
Use the most efficient communication channels (phone, email, letter) for SPARK case management.
Prioritize work according to planning to maintain high service performance for SPARK cases.
Maintain a cooperative and friendly working environment within the team.
Identify and share possible improvements in SPARK processes with your manager.
Inform Supervisors and Senior Supervisors about problems and inefficiencies in SPARK processes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Translation, Interpreting, or Foreign Languages studies are highly valued.
Fresh graduate are welcome.
