Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and providing guidance & help in processing their transactions.
  • Ensuring that all transactions are performed in accordance with our compliance rules.
  • Cash handling and maintaining cash register operations using MS Office tools.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team to meet operational and performance targets.
  • Ensure all cash and transaction records are balanced daily.
  • Maintain proper documentation for CDD & ECDD.
  • Comply with AML and company operating policies.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the counter area.
