Job Description

Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Process bookings and execute related orders in a timely manner.

Monitor and maintain accurate tracking status for all shipments.

Communicate effectively with overseas offices, agents, shipping lines, and clients to ensure smooth coordination.

Handle clients’ inquiries via telephone and email, providing timely and accurate responses.

Provide responsive support to both internal and external customers by addressing concerns and offering effective solutions.

Maintain a well-organized and efficient filing system for all documents to ensure systematic retrieval.

Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirement

Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
