  • Provide 24/7 one-stop customer service via phone.
  • Deliver high-quality, professional, and personalized service.
  • Give prompt and accurate answers or solutions to customers.
  • Handle and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers as needed (per call centre guidelines).
  • Educate customers about bank products and services.
  • Accurately record customer data in systems.
  • Maintain honesty, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma + 2 years’ experience (SPM/STPM + 5 years can be considered).
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (24/7 centre).
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Experience in call centre, banking, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
  • Pleasant voice and good telephone manners.
  • Good English communication skills (Mandarin is a plus).
