Job summary

A leading packaging company in Johor Bahru seeks a detail-oriented candidate to manage delivery orders and invoice processes. Responsibilities include issuing master cards for customer approvals, coordinating with various departments, updating delivery schedules, and monitoring stock status. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with ISO procedures and participate in monthly stock takes. Strong organizational skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Issue master card for customer approval.
  • Coordinate with other departments for order confirmation.
  • Prepare work order for planner.
  • Manage delivery order and invoicing.
  • Declare export shipments and print necessary forms.
  • Update daily delivery schedules.
  • Conduct daily status meetings with planner.
  • Monitor finished goods and raw materials status.
  • Review old stock monthly.
  • Attend monthly stock takes.
  • Follow ISO procedures for customer order review.
Job description
Job Responsibilities
  1. After receive P/O and follow the below procedure:
    • Issue master card to customer approval
    • Issue discussion form to other dept to confirm
    • Issue work order to planner
  2. Issue D/O & Invoice to store dept for delivery & filling the D/O & invoice
  3. For export shipment need to declare and print out K2 form & permit
  4. Update delivery schedule to store Dept (daily task)
  5. Meeting with planner for update delivery status (daily task)
  6. Monitor the finish good status and raw materials status
  7. Review the old stock status (monthly task)
  8. Attend the monthly stock take (monthly task)
  9. Follow ISO procedure:
    • Customer order review
  10. Need to discussion the below dept for customer order:
