Role Description

• Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns aligned to the mall’s brand positioning and business objectives.
• Support advertising, promotions and event planning: coordinate themed promotions, mall-wide events
• Maintain strong tenant relations.
• Coordinate with internal departments.
• Record and maintain customers database.
• Monitor media coverage and campaign results.
• Manage crisis communication or urgent media issues as they arise.
• Must be able to do sales talk and have strong convincing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field.
• Fresh graduates with excellent PR and Communications Skills are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided for fresh graduate. Candidate with 2 to 3 years working experience in PR/marketing/events (mall or retail environment) are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, additional languages (Mandarin/Tamil/Chinese Dialects) will be an added advantage.
