Job summary

A global customer service provider is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you will deliver high quality support for digital marketing campaigns and troubleshoot technical issues. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of customer service experience focusing on the China/Taiwan or Hong Kong market. Proficiency in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese is required. This position is open to Taiwanese or Hong Kong candidates and offers a work visa.

Job description

Deliver high quality customer support via phone and email, addressing customer inquiries and issues related to their digital marketing campaigns.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital advertising platforms.

Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns in a timely manner.

Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to provide valuable and relevant support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the maintenance, improvement, and effective implementation of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience focusing on the China/Taiwan or Hong Kong market.

Fresh graduates who have studied in Taiwan/Hong Kong and possess strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication skills in English, and Mandarin / Cantonese.

Candidates with Mandarin proficiency will be designated to support the Taiwan market, candidates with Cantonese proficiency will be designated to support the Hong Kong market.

Open to Taiwanese or Hong Kong candidates. Work visa will be provided.
