Overview

About this Position We are searching for a talented Customer Service and logistics Team Lead to ensure our company’s sales operations delivery in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. You will assist in Malaysia & Singapore Markets, in which the duties cover order management and as well as logistics operations. To succeed in this role, you should be professional and knowledgeable in order management and logistics management, possess logical thought and with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate should also have an in-depth knowledge of advanced SAP SD & MM module.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end customer service, order management, and logistics operations.
  • Ensure accurate, on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries and adherence to SLAs.
  • Manage daily order flow, backlogs, customer escalations, vendors, 3PLs, and transport partners.
  • Monitor KPIs (OTIF, lead time, cost, backlog, service failures) and implement improvements.
  • Oversee inventory, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
  • Resolve operational issues (delays, shortages, disruptions) with urgency.
  • Enforce SOPs, policies, safety standards, and governance.
  • Optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare operational reports and performance reviews for management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 5–10 years in both order management, logistics or supply chain experience (FMCG / 3PL preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations
  • Experience managing vendors and logistics service providers
  • Familiarity with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good English in written and verbal communication skills
  • Logical thinking with can do attitudes
