Job summary

A leading food delivery service in Kuala Lumpur is seeking dedicated customer service representatives to onboard vendors and provide support. Successful candidates will assist with training and ensure vendor satisfaction by resolving queries. A minimum of an SPM or Diploma is required, along with some customer service experience. Fluency in English and Malay, as well as Mandarin or Cantonese, is essential. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

What you will own
  • Onboard potential foodpanda vendors on the platform via phone call & livechat
  • Assist the sales team on face-to-face/call training sessions with potential vendor
  • Provide the support to the vendors to ensure they are satisfy with foodpanda
  • Setting up relevant accounts for potential vendors for them to start selling on foodpanda
  • Provide first call resolution to the vendor if needed
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as requested by your line manager
Essential Experience, Skills and Knowledge
  • At least an SPM or Diploma certificate
  • At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the customer service field are preferable
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Required language (s): English & Malay, Mandarin OR Cantonese
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
  • Flexible and able to adapt to fast changes
  • Must be able to work on rotating shifts as needed (weekdays, weekends & public holidays)
  • Preferably with strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge with typing speed of 25 WPM
