Overview

Our client is looking for passionate and talented people to join their product and operations team. We can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive. In this role you will be responsible for delivering impact on the growth of merchants by acquiring and helping sellers to have a smooth onboarding experience on the platform, and delivering the best customer experience by providing the best service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants (including leads generation, cold contact, onboarding, and incubation).
  • Build and maintain relationships with merchants.
  • Help merchants become familiar with the platform and its features.
  • Maintain quality service and cooperation with merchants to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Discover new collaborative opportunities that fit into merchants' short‑term and long‑term development plans.
  • Assist seller acquisition manager in summarizing the workflow and carrying out improvement plans.
  • Assist in other internal operations and cross‑function collaboration, such as project execution, document management, information consolidation, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 1‑2 years of experience in back‑end support processing.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malay.
  • Passion for e‑commerce and seller operations, practical experience in community management, and a good understanding of e‑commerce business and campaigns.
  • Logical and organized communication, good teamwork spirit, empathy, strong executive sense, and responsibility.
  • Experience in customer service, account management, or owning a business is preferred.
